Our genuine Arab hospitality starts at the airport with arriving guests met by our easily identifiable airport staff. Well trained and multilingual; our airport team caters to every customers’ expectation, offering friendly and efficient service. Our Meet & Assist services can also cover different guest requirements. The guests can also call their representative or the office on our 24-hour emergency line number, should they require assistance during their stay.

1- VIP Meet and Assist

This VIP service ensures that the airport authorities escort clients in a Limousine from the aircraft to the airport VIP hall where guests can enjoy exclusive lounge hospitality while their luggage is being sorted and the passports are stamped.
Guests are also given the option to choose the type of transfer vehicle to drop them to the hotel.

2- Majlis Services

The Majlis services can be coordinated and arranged by SFT Travel for those who wish to use this specialised and personalised facility at International Airport. This service includes shower facilities, private offices with dedicated entrance & exits, etc.
The service also includes special immigration & baggage clearance facilities while the passenger can relax in the Majlis Lounge and enjoy their snacks & beverages.

3- Marhaba Service

In keeping with true Arabian hospitality and one of the hallmarks of Dubai International Airport, we at SFT Travel provide ‘Marhaba’ (welcome in Arabic) service to all our clients. Clients are met by Marhaba staff at the flight terminal and transported to the passport control using the airport buggies.
After a speedy passport control clearance, clients are then met by our airport representatives who will then assist them till they reach their hotels.

4- Diamond Marhaba Service

In this premium dedicated meet and greet service guests will be assisted by Marhaba staff from the aircraft door all the way through passport control. After a fast-track service in the passport control, the clients are then met by our airport representatives who will then escort them to their hotels.This service can be tailored for passengers with special needs, young and first time passengers, and business travelers.
